Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service or contact us for further information.

1.0) Orders

If you wish to order any service made available through the Service ("Order"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order

2.0) Changes

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. In case of an intended revision of any material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

3.0) Refund Policy

A refund can be issued for a claim made within fourteen days (14) after the deadline expiration. Incidents involving plagiarism do not have time limits. However, for a plagiarism-related refund to be processed, the client is responsible for submitting a plagiarism report. Only plagiarism reports from CopyScape are acceptable.A plagiarism claim cannot be made on the following items.

  • Appropriately cited quotes taken directly from quotes (a quote will, however, not include more than 25 words).
  • Question or instructions provided by the client and their inclusion is a must
  • A table of Contents
  • Reference list and in text-citations
4.0) Work/Order Revision

A free revision is provided if requested within 48 hours from the time the deadline lapses. Compensation may be requested for any revision requested past this deadline For long-term content writing services, a customer has up to 30 days to request a revision to content. A revision request cannot be requested with new instructions. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct instructions and files are provided

5.0) Cancelling an Order

A customer can cancel an order if:

  • Accidentally placed the same order twice or several times.
  • The delivered content or order did not follow provided instructions
6.0) Order Delivery and Deadlines

Customers can request an early delivery of a placed order at a fee. This applies to a situation where the client would like his order delivered before the provided time elapses. Partial refund in consultation with the client can be issued if an order is delivered late

7.0) Order Type

The customer is responsible for making sure that the correct order type is placed. Compensation may be requested for a revision request based on the wrong order type.
